Barberry’s plans to deliver the 78,335 sq ft Grade A distribution and manufacturing unit on the last available site at Quinton Business Park, Birmingham, located off Junction 3 of the M5 have been approved by Birmingham City Council planners. The development will have a focus on sustainability, built to exceptional ESG standards, targeting EPC A+ and BREEAM Excellent accreditation, including electric vehicle charging points, solar panels, green initiatives and wildlife walks around the site. Construction of the new unit is expected to commence on site later this year and will be available to let or for sale.
